So light is now a painting tool. I don’t know. My artist dad sent me this and I think they make for pretty backgrounds.

What does this mean for you? Well, nothing. But I’m pretty damn happy about it. I went for the “keep yo’ numbah” option, and am now therefore enjoying transcribed texts (so…drunk-dial me. we’ll see that text in about 20 years when you run for public office), a way to never pay for long-distance fees on land-lines, AND super-duper inexpensive international calling. (Like, to France? $0.02/min). YES.
Also, in a cultural sense, this invite is very important. Because it came from Google and not someone I know, this means that I have cultivated enough geek-cache to be noticed by Google! Squee! Admittedly, this is not a goal I set for myself back in elementary school, but it is nice to have achieved it anyway.
